Block Dhamaka

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelcount Labs ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Block Dhamaka mobile game (the "App"), a free, ad-supported block-puzzle game for Android distributed via Google Play (package com.pixelcountlabs.blockdhamaka).

Block Dhamaka has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no servers of our own. Your game progress lives on your device. We do not ask you for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The only data involved is collected by the third-party advertising and diagnostics services described below, and the gameplay data stored locally on your device.

1. Information we collect

a) Data stored only on your device

The App saves your gameplay locally (using on-device storage) so it can remember your progress between sessions:

  • Best score, coins, daily-challenge streak, and your in-progress saved game
  • Your in-app preferences (e.g. notifications and vibration toggles)

This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us (we have no backend), and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

b) Data collected automatically by third-party services

To show ads and to keep the App stable, we use third-party SDKs that may collect certain information automatically:

  • Advertising / device identifiers — including the Android Advertising ID (the App requests the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission), used to serve and measure ads.
  • App activity & usage — anonymous events such as screens viewed, games started/ended, and ad interactions, used to understand how the game is played.
  • Diagnostics / crash data — crash reports, error logs, and basic device information (device model, OS version) when the App crashes, used to fix bugs.
  • Approximate location — a coarse region may be inferred by the ad and analytics providers from your IP address. We do not collect precise/GPS location.

We do not collect contacts, messages, photos, files, microphone or camera data, financial information, or any directly identifying personal information.

These providers process data as independent controllers/processors under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

3. How we use the information

  • To display and measure ads (which keep the game free)
  • To understand how the game is used so we can improve it
  • To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and bugs
  • To remember your progress and preferences on your device

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising and your choices

The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and region.

  • Consent (EEA, UK, and other regulated regions): before ads load, the App shows Google's UMP consent form so you can choose how your data is used for ads. Analytics collection is turned off until this consent flow completes.
  • Change your choice any time: open Settings → Privacy Options inside the App to review or update your consent.
  • Reset or limit ad tracking: on your device, go to Settings → Google → Ads to reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization.

5. Children's privacy

Block Dhamaka is a general-audience casual game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through ad/analytics services, please contact us and we will work with the relevant providers to address it. Our advertising is configured to comply with Google Play's Families policy where applicable.

6. Data retention and security

  • On-device data is retained until you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
  • Third-party data (ads, analytics, crash reports) is retained by Google according to their own policies and controls.
  • Because the App has no servers and no login, there is no account database to be breached. We rely on the security practices of Google's SDKs for the data they process.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, India's DPDP Act, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data, or to object to certain processing.

  • Delete on-device data: uninstall the App, or clear its data from your device's app settings.
  • Ads & analytics data: manage it through the in-app Privacy Options, your device's Ads settings, and Google's privacy controls linked above.
  • For any request regarding data we are responsible for, contact us (Section 9).

8. International data transfers

The third-party services we use may process and store data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Those transfers are handled by the providers under their own safeguards and policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, via an in-app or store notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
