Arrow Rush

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PixelCount Labs ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Arrow Rush (the "App", package name com.pixelcountlabs.arrowrush).

Arrow Rush is a casual arcade game. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying information. The App is free and supported by advertising. This policy describes the limited data that is collected automatically — mostly by the third-party services we use for ads, analytics, and crash reporting — and the choices you have.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information that directly identifies you. The App and the third-party services it uses may process the following:

a) Information stored only on your device

Your game data is saved locally on your device and is not transmitted to us:

  • Game progress (current level, best level, coins, upgrades)
  • In-game settings (sound, music, haptics, reduce motion, notification preference)
  • A one-time "onboarding seen" flag and an in-app review prompt flag

This data stays on your device and is removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data.

b) Information collected automatically by third-party services

To run ads, understand how the App is used, and fix crashes, the following may be collected automatically:

  • Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / AAID) and approximate device data used to serve and measure ads
  • Device & technical information — device model, operating system version, language, region, app version, and similar diagnostic data
  • Usage / event data — in-app events such as app opens, screen views, level starts/completions, and ad interactions
  • Crash & diagnostic data — stack traces and device state at the time of a crash
  • IP address — processed by ad and analytics providers (e.g., for region and fraud prevention); we do not store it ourselves

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data. The App requests no such permissions.

2. Third-party services we use

The App integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each acts as an independent controller of the data it collects and is governed by its own privacy policy:

ServicePurposePrivacy policy
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads)Banner, interstitial, and rewarded adshttps://policies.google.com/privacy and https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
Google Firebase AnalyticsAnonymous usage analytics to improve the Apphttps://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Firebase CrashlyticsCrash reporting and stabilityhttps://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

We encourage you to review these providers' policies to understand how they process data.

3. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to:

  • Display and measure advertisements (which keep the App free)
  • Understand how the App is used so we can improve gameplay, balance, and performance
  • Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and bugs
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the App

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the data to build profiles that identify you personally.

4. Advertising and your consent

The App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use the Advertising ID to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

  • Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland: When required, the App shows a Google-certified consent prompt (Google User Messaging Platform / UMP) before ads are initialized, asking for your choices about personalized advertising.
  • Change your choices at any time: open the App and go to Settings → Manage Consent / Ad Privacy to review or update your advertising/consent preferences.
  • Reset or limit ad tracking on your device: you can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings — Settings → Google → Ads on most Android devices.

5. Local notifications

If you enable the Daily Reminder in the App's settings, the App schedules a local notification on your device to remind you to play. These reminders are generated on your device — we do not operate a push server and do not send you marketing messages. You can turn the reminder off at any time in Settings → Daily Reminder, or in your device's notification settings.

6. Data retention

  • Game data stored on your device persists until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
  • Data collected by Google (ads, analytics, crash reports) is retained according to Google's policies and retention controls.

We do not maintain our own servers that store your personal data.

7. Children's privacy

Arrow Rush is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it. Ads are served in line with Google's policies for general-audience apps.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

Because we do not collect information that identifies you and do not maintain user accounts, the most effective ways to exercise control are:

  • Adjust your ad/consent choices in Settings → Manage Consent / Ad Privacy
  • Reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings
  • Uninstall the App or clear its data to remove locally stored game data

For data held by Google (ads, analytics, crash reporting), you may also exercise rights directly with Google. To make any request to us, contact us using the details below.

9. Data security

We rely on reputable providers (Google) that use industry-standard safeguards to protect the data they process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information handled in connection with the App.

10. International data transfers

The third-party services we use are operated by Google and may process data on servers located in countries other than yours. Those transfers are governed by the respective providers' privacy frameworks and safeguards.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at the policy URL for the App. Significant changes may also be communicated within the App. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
